The CIK is introducing the concept of Projects on Group Commons. CIK members who remember "Special Interest Groups" (SIGS) will see a strong resemblance to Projects. Projects are containers for special activities. Each project has it own goals; its own leader; its own membership; mailing lists; document repository; its own discussion board; etc.

Project #1: Skype as a Collaboration Tool

The first CIK Project can be found at http://groupcommons.com/base/cik/skype/project/view after logging into http://cik.groupcommons.com It's an introduction to Skype as a Collaboration Tool. Participants use Skype to learn about Skype and about online collaboration.
